WHY DOESN'T THE SHOP REMAIN OPEN?
- As we do mostly everything ourselves without a main manufacturer (exluding test merch items like mugs or keychains), we need to make time to print, cut, pack, and send everything out by hand. Opening in short bursts allows us to manage our stock and time to ensure all orders get completed in a timely manner.
- We plan to open about once a month. If handling the shop gets to be too much, we may switch to every other month.
- Dates may vary, but we'd like to open the second Wednesday of every month and close it exactly one week after (Wed to Wed)
- Any hiatuses will be announced via our social media and listed on the shop maintenance/close message page.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
- They will NOT be shipped immediately.
- All orders will be sent out in bulk after the sales period has ended. Allow an additional week for processing. All orders will be shipped out before the month of each sales period is over.
- We can confidently say orders within North America (US & Canada) ship properly. As of October 2024, we will be attempting fully international shipping!
- Standard shipping will be $4.00 for US, $12.00 for Canada, and $15.00 for international/outside of North America (Everywhere else).
- All orders over $75 will qualify for free shipping, regardless of country.
- For now, we ONLY offer standard shipping and will not accommodate priority or next-day shipping. Please plan accordingly if your order is time-sensitive.
- Please keep in mind that the standard delivery window listed at checkout only begins after the set sales period has ended.
- We are trying starting October 2024! If there turns out to be difficulties or too many obstacles when fulfilling these orders, there is an unfortunate possibility that we limit to North America once more.
